Shipping Method

The Regal Hound ships domestically via U.S. Priority Mail. This method takes between 2-3 days. The shipping and handling costs are $6.00 and adjusted accordingly when shipping rates go up. This rate is based on an average cost to ship to any North American address.

The Regal Hound uses U.S. Global Priority to ship overseas. This method usually takes 4-10 days.

How long will it take to receive my collar?

We strive to have the collar in the mail between 2-4 days after we receive the order. Don't forget to add 2-3 days for delivery within the United States. During peak holiday season the time might double, or triple. Please be sure to add enough time for delivery if you are presenting your collar as a gift to a lucky canine friend!

Return Policy

The Regal Hound is a custom order business. Our collars are created “just for you” based on your choices during the order process. Please pay special attention when choosing the proper size, width, style, design and color.

Our collars are not returnable based on the following reasons:

• Did Not Fit – Wrong Size - You must measure your dog accurately!
• Color Not What You Expected – Computers calibrate colors in various degrees. This can alter or skew some shades on your screen.
• Just Didn’t Care For It – We do not stock collars, and take great care to create each collar. Please make sure you are happy with your final decision. If you have made a mistake in ordering, contact us immediately, (within one day of placing your order) and we will be happy to make changes to your order.
• Used Improperly - Consumers are responsible for determining suitability of these products for their individual situation.

You, as the consumer, accept all responsibility when purchasing and using Regal Hound Collars.

The Regal Hound guarantees its stitching and the hardware on each collar. Please understand that the wear and tear on the fabrics used by Regal Hound varies, along with the lifestyle of your dog. How long your collar will last can therefore, not be predicted. Check Your Collar Often to be certain the safety has not been compromised due to chewing, excessive scratching, or rough play.

In the unlikely case a collar arrives with an obvious flaw, send us an email explaining the issue. We will request that you send the collar back within 14 days of purchase. You may choose another collar of equal value or we will credit your account.
